• Discount given on seven days and over.
• All rates are quoted in US Currency and are subject to 7.5% Value Added Tax.
• A service charge of 5% is added to your bill.
• Most bedrooms are air-conditioned. An additional $5.00 to be added for A/C rooms.
• Payments are to be made in advance.
• A deposit (2 nights in Summer, 3 nights in Winter) is required to confirm bookings.
• Deposits are forfeited on cancelled bookings.
